(Late) His Birthday Celebration! ♥

Just celebrated my birthday! he had such a great surprise for me! ♥

*ahem* don't think im very bad and didn't do anything for his birthday okayyyy!
i planned super long before deciding where to bring him! :)
so i shall blog about his before mine! teehee.


his birthday came first, so i had to do A LOT of planning.
plus time constraints...
and i was in Beijing on the actual day, so we celebrated it a few days before the actual day, leaving me with much much lesser time to plan!!!
AHHHHHHH!!!
but things went really really well! :)

didn't tell him where i was bringing him.
told him i was bringing him to a kampong in SG!
he believed me -.- and was pretty keen on getting there!

initially, i was thinking very long and hard where to bring him!
and this was what i had came up with...

1. Zoo/ farm
2. Art Museums
3. Kampong in SG (there really is one! don't be too surprised!)
4. some ulu places screening private movies!
5. Singapore Science Centre

And that was where i brought him! ♥

i didn't wanna bring him to the zoo/ farm, cuz we are both gonna be really sticky and stuff! it was a super hot weather period...
but... what if it rained???
sooooo... that plan was out!

the museum plan was a pretty good plan.
but that could only last a few hours.
cuz museums here ain't very big! :( :(
so i had to think of other plans.
it would work if plan (2) & (4) were placed together...
but i felt that it wasn't enough...

and bringing him to a kampong was DISASTROUS!!!
there are HUGE mosquitoes there, and no! i don't want him to be scratching the entire day after that! :(
it would be sooooo evil!
but the kampong is really tearing down soon...
i think no one is living there already! :(
so fast!!!

soooooo... i decided to bring him to the Science Centre! :)
why?

1. there is air conditioning! shiokkk :)
2. there were many exhibitions there - there was a candy exhibit during that period!!! :) :)
3. there was snow city and IMAX cinema if we ever got bored of the Science Centre

On the way there....

Yes, he shaved bald!
all my fault! :(
i told him i wanted to see him bald, and he really went to shave!
ohh my gawd.
but he still looks super cute please! ♥

and we went for dinner at Blooie's, this bar near my house! :)
pretty nice food. went there with some of my classmates earlier. not too bad!

right after that i had to go for piano lessons...
piano exam was drawing near, so i had more piano lessons than usual!

and finally...
time for the celebration! :)

he was holding a potted plant and wondering... what is this?
i bought him a rose potted plant. hehs. with a candle on it!

YOU MUST BE THINKING IM MAD!!!

hahahahahhaha.

but nahs. i didn't get him that!
i got him a rose... and a pot that looks like it is filled with soil and everything.
BUT IT'S NOT. :) :)

Steps on making a potted plant dessert: 

1.  (Optional) buy some pound cake - most probably Sara Lee, because it's the best pound cake ever! - and place it below the pot. it will help to soak up the melted ice cream, thus you will get... soaked pound cake! sounds disgusting... but absolutely yummy!!!
2. fill up the pot with loads and loads of ice cream in your favouite flavour! - his favourite was mint ice cream! so i filled the pot with just that!
   **DO NOT FILL UP THE ENTIRE POT. leave some space for the "soil"
3. for the soil, crush up some oreo, and fill up the remaining pot!

alamaks. why i buy all at once?!?! next year nothing to buy already luhs! :(
